Strength Train Tuesday

Okay everyone, let's get our swell on!!  Is that what people say?  Swell? Did I use that right?  Today I have a chest and back workout for you.  I think a woman's back can be one of the sexiest parts on her, so let's do this!  

 

All of the following exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home.  If you have weights, grab’em.  If not, grab soup cans, those will work too!  

 

All exercises for 1 minute, aim for 2-3 round

Chest press

Pullover

Wide row

Bent over row

Shoulder press

Push ups
