Upperbody Workout

Let's work on those tank top arms!!  Summer bodies are made now so let's do it!  Here is the upper body strength routine that I did today.

3-4 sets of each exercise for 30 seconds each.  Rest 10-15 seconds in between exercises and 1-2 minutes in between rounds.  Use what weight feels comfortable.

 

Bent over rows

Tricep Kickbacks

Push ups

Bicep curls

Hammer curls

Front Raise

Lateral Raise

 

We got this.  Someone please come and help me pick up my kids tomorrow.  Moving my arms may be difficult…
