Muscle building Tuesday!  Upperbody

Hey everyone, another wonderful 4 miles under my belt.  I am slowly getting used to longer mileage.  I know for some of you 4 miles is nothing and I am glad to report that I am getting to the same point.  Woohoo! It is so wonderful to see progress.  I am seeing myself get faster, I am seeing myself go further, and I am seeing myself get leaner!  I am so proud of myself!

Now time to move onto arms.  Here is an upper body workout for all of us.  Please adjust weights accordingly.  You can go with no weights or The Rock weights, choose what's comfortable.

 

Each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 second rest

 

Bicep Curls

Tricep dips

Hammer curls

Tricep kickbacks

 

1 minute rest

 

Y Raises

Hammer press

Incline Push Ups

Jumping Jacks

 

1 minute rest

 

Repeat 2-3 times
