Holiday Stress -Time Edition

50 degrees when we are days away from December, I’ll take it.  3 miles with the kids was a nice way to start our day, even though we had to stop and look at sticks and rocks every .1 mile. (At least that's what it felt like.)  Today was a good day, I felt skinny(er) in my clothes and I even curled my hair.  (Brad did not notice… at least he didn’t say anything…)

When we were walking and what it felt like wasting time looking at yet another stick I got to thinking about how little time we have before 2017 is over.  Some of us spend all year counting down till the holidays are here and now that they are here we don’t have enough time.  Why is this the busiest time of the year?  It seems like every weekend is busy, cocktails with friends after work and somehow we have to shop, cook, and bake cookies.  When?! I am a stay at home mom and I don’t know how I am going to get everything done!! There are so many different reasons to be stressed during the holidays!  This is when we all need one of those shirts or signs that says “stay calm and drink wine.”

 All those dots are events!!!!

I would love to give you all these tips on how to make everything work but... I don’t have any.  The only thing I can tell you is that you will make it work.  It seems we always somehow make it work.  Try to enjoy this time of year when you can.  This time of year will be gone by the time you are done reading this so enjoy it why you can.  Get off the blog and enjoy the holidays!  (but come back tomorrow for a new blog… Priorities ;))

See you tomorrow,

Paula
