Booty workout 11-7-17

Let's get that booty up and working!  Here is what I have on deck for tomorrow's strength training!  


 

3-4 sets, with 15-30 second rest in between exercises and 1-2 minutes in between rounds.  Feel free to add weights to any of these exercises.   We got this.  

 

Squat 12-15

Walking Lunges 12-15/leg

Sumo squats 12-15

Bulgarian lunge 12-15

Hip Thrust 12-15

Donkey Kicks 12-15

I was sweating and hurting!  I can not state enough how much I dislike all things lunges!  Oh well, if it helps in my quest for strong sexy legs I’ll do it.  But I won’t be happy...
