Well… it's getting cold here in good ol’ Wisconsin. Today's high was 43 degrees, which is actually not that bad and considering we are not even in the winter season yet I’ll take it. Here in the north, winter can drive and keep you inside. So a nice day can be relative. Today it was colder but the sun was out so that means running outside. I think myself and the kids needed that time outside. Fresh air, sun, my boy got to run as well.. All was well in the world. 3 miles outside at 16 min pace. When I pushing both kids, you can easily add a good 2-3 minutes to my pace, then add hills, by booty and legs are wrecked!!
I don’t know about any of you but I feel like I need to reset myself after Halloween and coming into the Holidays here. Just a really clean eating plan for the next couple weeks to help with all the holiday gluttony that usually occurs. All those fun size Almond Joys and Reeses are just messing with my skin! I need to look young and dewy!!! And not the dewy that comes from all the oil on my skin!! Doesn’t a reset sound just about right, help cleanse the palate, hopefully put us all in the right frame of mind for the next couple of weeks. I mean come on, who loses weight during the Holidays?! Me ;)
