Fitness Wednesday

Hello friends!!!  Here is a workout to help you through the rest of the week.  I have such horrible upper body… well everything.  This year I am going to really try to focus on stregth training, I am so cardio based that I need to make a point of actually strength training.  Lets do it.

 

Repeat 2-3 times, or whatever you feel comfortable with, same goes with the weights.

 

1 min jumping jacks

15 push ups

15 (per side) single arm rows

15 wide row

 

1 min burpee

15 bicep curls

15 hammer curls

15 shoulder taps

 

1 min jumping jacks

15 shoulder taps

15 shoulder press

15 tricep extensions
