Pumpkin Seed Seasonings!

I had a blast coming up with these seasoning, whether you put them on pumpkin seed or butternut squash seeds they are delicious.  Make sure you tag me in any pictures! Enjoy!

For all the following combinations I used 2 cups pumpkin seeds

 

Curried Seeds

  • 3 tsp curry (plus more for sprinkling)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg white

 

Pumpkin Pie Seeds

  • 3 tsps cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 4 tbsps maple syrup

 

Mexican hot chocolate seeds

  • 4 tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne

Brandy Seeds

  • ⅓ c brandy
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


 

Directions

 

Curry seeds

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, evenly coating the seeds.
  2. Put on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 F for 15 min
  3. Sprinkle more curry on top of seeds
  4. Let cool before removing from baking sheet

 

Pumpkin pie, Mexican hot chocolate, Brandy

  1. Put all ingredients(except for pumpkin seeds) in a pot on stovetop on medium high heat.  Stir until well mixed
  2. Once everything has melted and mixed together, add pumpkin seeds and evenly coat all seeds
  3. Put on lined baking sheet baking at 375 F for 10 min, let cool before removing
